Please note that ALL support regarding our Auction service is handled via email only. Due to the volume of enquiries we do not offer telephone support for this service. All emails are responded to quickly and efficiently. We aim to respond to all enquiries within an hour between 8am and 8pm AEST Mon-Fri, and 10am - 6pm Saturday and public holidays. We can and do respond outside of these times quite often HOWEVER it is not guaranteed.

Due to the large volume of enquiries we handle each day, we have put a lot of time into providing information for you to easily access - please have a read, some of it is really very interesting!
