These are a bit rough around the edges, it appears that the alloy under the clear on the centre has heavy corrosion at the outer edges, the dish could do with polishing too. A coat of paint and some elbow grease and they'll come up great. Otherwise, structurally they're in great shape. They measure in at 19 x 9" +39 and 19 x 10" +39 - 5 x 114.3 pcd all around.
