Solution Email and auction support.
Please note that ALL support regarding our Auction service is handled via email only. Due to the volume of enquiries we do not offer telephone support for this service. All emails are responded to quickly and efficiently.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within an hour between 8am and 8pm AEST Mon-Fri, and 10am - 6pm Saturday and public holidays. Quite often email support is provided outside of these hours when we are browsing the auctions just like you!

Prior to submitting an enquiry, most answers regarding your existing orders can be found at www.importmonster.com.au/bids and most enquiries of a general nature will be answered in depth at www.importmonster.com.au/help where you will find comprehensive information covering all facets of our services. Due to the large volume of enquiries we handle each day, we have put a lot of time into providing information for you to easily access – please have a read, some of it is really very interesting!
